TSAT works in partnership with school direct partnerships and the University of Brighton across the South East and South of England to provide both QTS and PGCE qualifications. A sound induction programme: In order to help you prepare for the year ahead, you will be invited to attend an Induction Programme focused on Behaviour Management. This is a great opportunity to bond with your fellow trainees and to share your ideas and experience with them.
High quality mentoring: You will be allocated a mentor who is a subject specialist and will offer you personalised support and guidance throughout the training year. You will meet with your mentor on a weekly basis, setting short and long-term targets and reviewing your progress against the Teachers’ Standards that form the basis of your training.
Networking and cross-school development opportunities: Working within a successful partnership of schools means that you will be provided with opportunities to share good practice and visit other schools, thus benefiting from the expertise of a wide range of highly skilled professionals.
